The mission of the Finance, Stewardship, and Personnel Team includes the promotion of all facets of stewardship at Westminster by conducting and/or overseeing the annual pledge campaign, budget development and monitoring, recognition of congregational stewardship, and fiscal and administrative operations. They are also tasked with personnel reviews and the hiring of staff.
